The UK stove installer's command centre

One app to run your entire stove business

The real app, working live

Carry out the survey on site while StoveApp builds the parts list and quote in the background. Then manage customer choices, ordering, installation, commissioning and invoicing without entering the same information twice.

The problem

Sound familiar?

The kitchen-table shift

You surveyed at 2pm. Now it's 9pm and you're typing the quote up from memory and a photo of your notebook.

The slow quote loses

Three days between survey and quote is three days for the customer to find someone quicker. Every delay gives the customer more time to choose somebody who responded sooner.

Leads everywhere

One in your voicemail, two on Facebook, one on the back of a twin wall box. Nobody's chasing them, because there's no list.

StoveApp exists because the founder lived all three.

How it works

Survey once. Everything else follows.

A guided look at the real app, screen by screen.

Step 1

Survey on your phone or tablet

Guided steps through the jobs you actually do, from chimney liner to twin wall. As you enter data into the app, calculations are running automatically in the background: a parts list is forming and a quote is building, alongside a survey record complete with pictures and details for future reference.

Step 2

Shortlist stoves and finishes on site

Show the customer stoves and chamber finishes while you're still in the house — photos, specs, the lot. Mark the options they like and the shortlist lands in their personal portal, ready for them to mull over at their kitchen table instead of yours.

Step 3

A parts list that builds itself

The survey has already filled the basket — liner, adaptor, cowl, the CO alarm. Save any list as a template, so recurring jobs like a standard liner install or a twin wall run start from a basket you've already priced. Load it, tweak it, done.

Step 4

The quote, presented your way

One tap turns the basket into a quote. Combine materials and labour into a single line or itemise everything — your margins stay your business. Populate prices once and they're remembered for next time.

Step 5

The customer chooses via their own portal

They open their personal link: the shortlisted stoves and finishes with photos, and the price adjusting live as they pick. When they're happy, they accept — no chasing, no phone tag.

Step 6

The pipeline moves itself

Jobs move along the board on triggers, not memory. Quote sent, customer accepted, install booked — the customer's card moves itself at each one. You just glance at the board to see where every job stands.

Step 7

Stock that keeps itself straight

When a customer accepts, their chosen stove and parts land straight in your stock and ordering list. What's on the van, what's on order, what's reserved for which job — one list, nothing forgotten.

See it in action

Watch the app do the work — from first survey to finished quote

You've seen it screen by screen. Now watch the whole thing flow: a single on-site survey feeding straight into the parts list, the customer's choices and a priced quote — no double entry, no evening admin.

Directions to every job

One tap opens navigation to any job on your list — no copying postcodes into another app.

Trade intelligence

Built for the trade, not adapted to it

Generic job software can help you book jobs and manage customers, but this app is built with installers in mind — fully tailored to the installer experience.

Helpful nudges

MVHR system present? A direct air supply kit is auto-added to your parts list — so it's never the thing you forget on site.

Cain Peacock, founder of StoveApp, drilling a core hole during a stove installation

The founder

Why I built this

I spent years building and running a successful stove installation business, growing it to multiple vans, a showroom, and a full team. But the systems behind it were always fragmented: a CRM for customer management, a survey form I built in GoCanvas, separate invoicing software, and countless other tools holding different parts of the job.

I always felt there should be one platform that brought everything together.

Later, during my time as a HETAS technical adviser, I spoke to installers across the country who were saying exactly the same thing. They wanted something designed around the way the trade actually works, rather than another generic system they had to adapt.

So I ran with the idea and built StoveApp: one place to manage the customer journey from first enquiry and survey through to quotation, installation, commissioning and invoicing. It is not software adapted for the stove trade. It was built from first-hand experience of running a stove business and listening to the people still doing the job every day.

What installers say

Built with installers, not just for them

StoveApp is being shaped with feedback from people who understand the job.

“StoveApp brings the survey, quote, customer choices and job information together in a way that actually fits the stove trade. It has the potential to be a genuine game changer for installers.”

Paul Hathway Stove & Gas Co — Pembrokeshire

“Most job-management software feels like it has been adapted for us. StoveApp feels like it was built around the job from day one. The survey and quoting workflow alone could save installers a huge amount of admin.”

FAQ

Questions installers actually ask

Will I get help getting set up?

Yes — personally. Cain will get you set up one-to-one, in person or over a call, and walk you through fitting StoveApp around the way you work. It only earns its place if it clicks with how you run things, so getting you properly up and running comes first.

What about patchy signal?

StoveApp is built to tolerate dead spots. Do the survey; it catches up when the signal does.

How does pricing work?

StoveApp starts at £29 per month for one user. Two users cost £45 per month, three users cost £59 per month, and each additional user costs £15 per month. Every plan includes the complete StoveApp platform, with no features held back for more expensive packages. Customer portal access does not count towards your user allowance. Prices exclude VAT where applicable.

What counts as a user?

A user is a member of your business who has their own StoveApp login, including administrators, office workers and installers. Each user can be assigned role-based permissions controlling what they can see and do. Homeowners viewing quotes or using the customer portal do not count as users.

Do I need a card reader or any hardware?

No. Your phone is the kit.

Whose data is it?

Yours. Your customers, your prices, your photos — exportable, never sold.

Where does my data live?

StoveApp is a UK business; data is cloud-hosted with encrypted connections and kept separate from every other business, handled under UK GDPR.
